I'm not impressed. The EZ-Cup doesn't make a decent cup of coffee. I just purchased the EZ-Cup and have made two cups of coffee using it. Normally, I purchase the extra bold K cups in order to make a large mug of coffee.
Even after loading the EZ-Cup with as much ground coffee as possible, the resulting cup of coffee is extremely weak. I tried calling the customer service number prominently displayed on the box, but that wasn't actually the customer service number, but rather a third party marketing company.
The marketing company gave me another number to call, which I did, but received a recorded message. I left a message, but have not received a call back as of the time of this review.
I am definitely a disappointed customer.

This thing works great and makes a stronger cup of coffee. I am using a very fine esspresso grind and the iced drink cup size - results are a strong cup of very tasty coffee.
I had thought about buying the k-cap and re-using rinsed out K-Cups. Guess what? The cap for this device also fits K-cups! I can then pre-fill a dozen cups and put foil on the top, and then store in the freezer in a zip-lock. The cap fits the k-cup even with the foil on it, ensuring that no grounds get into the coffee. So when you are in that lazy vibe, grab one out of the freezer and you are good to go. I've had no problems with o-rings or filters.

I've tried most kcup alternatives and love this product. At first I had an issue with the filters breaking occasionally. The paper was too weak. I talked to the owner and he helped me out and told me new stronger filters were being made. Sure enough, they are now out and I haven't had one break yet! Great customer service! I highly recommend trying this out if you want to use your own coffee.

I've had my Keurig for about six months now and was never quite happy with it until I got the EZ-Cup. I haven't found a K-Cup coffee that I was crazy about. I tried the My-K-Cup and never made a good cup of coffee with it. When I found the EZ-Cup on Amazon, I ordered without much expectation. After the first couple of cups where I got grounds in the cup, I guess I figured out how to close the paper filter top correctly and haven't had any grounds since.
I can finally make a good cup of coffee (with my favorite blend) on the Keurig. Only issue I have had is that the Keurig is making the hole in the EZ-Cup top larger with repeated use. So far it hasn't been a problem, but I have ordered a back-up EZ-Cup in case the first one fails.
Finally, I can make the coffee I like at a price I really like (12 cents a cup instead of 28 cents a cup or more). Strongly recommend this product.

I have been using the EZ-Cup for several weeks now without incident. I can make a bold cup of coffee using the regular mug size setting on the Keurig, which I was not able to do with the K-Cup filter. I didn't give it 5 stars because: 1) I believe I lost an O-ring gasket so now the lid does not fit snugly (but it still works), and 2) I think the filters are fairly overpriced for what they are, and the filter packaging really detracts from the "green" aspect of using the EZ-Cup.
