We bought the B70 after doing quite a bit of research and for the first 60 days we were very happy with our purchase. After that, things went downhill quickly and we've since had three different B70 brewers at our house, including the brand new one that doesn't work that is sitting on our kitchen floor waiting for FedEx to pick it up and return it. Keurig suggested that unless I use bottled water (we actually fill our brewer with filtered water) I'm going to keep having the same problem because my water is too soft. Never mind that I descaled and cleaned all of them once a month for the past two years just to keep them in semi-working order.
Don't waste your money or time here. Buy a french press instead. They are small and compact. They don't have any mechanical parts or pumps that will break and the coffee is far superior.
The horrible thing that Keurig does is instructs its customers to throw away their broken brewers. No recycling of parts, no refurbishing, just toss them in the trash. How un-environmental is that? Avoid Keurig.

Bought a B70 from bed, bath and beyond in sept 2009. we make about 1-2 cups a day.It works great except every 10-12 cups, the volume is 4 oz. insteade of the 7 oz. the maker is set to. the next cup is then the right volume. I called keurig and did the requested descaling ( about 4 times in 9 months), and the paper clip cleaning. still short volume. they are sending a replacement (hopefully not refurbished). reading all the comments, i will hang onto the old one just incase the new one is a lemon. will update once we receive the new maker.

We got a Keurig unexpectedly as a gift for Christmas.I had used other single serve coffee makers off and on for a few years and didn't really care for any of them. This one sat in the box for several days before we opened and tried it out.
OMG!!!! This is the greatest thing since sliced bread! Before, one of us had to compromise on what kind of coffee to make, how much to make,(I like mine fresh, my partner will drink yesterday's leftover coffee. I like strong coffee, she likes medium roast, come on, you all know the drill)....LOL Ours came with 5 boxes of lots of different kinds of coffee and tea blends. We tried them all and now have our favorites. It is like being in a fine coffee house drinking coffee from freshly roasted beans, a real treat!
When we are not home, we miss our K-Cups! The first thing we do when we come in is turn on the coffee maker and can't wait to get our first cup! MMMMMMMM
Even the blend that I like which is Dark French Roast, Extra Bold is never strong or bitter, just "Bold" and rich tasting.
WE LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE THIS COFFEE MAKER AND ALL THE COFFEES WE HAVE TRIED!

We bought this machine in December and it worked great until this week. I read the website and it lead me to believe the needle was clogged. After descaling it, the machine now only produces half a cup. Read all the online reviews. The water pump seems to have issues. I am frustrated because we have become addicted to great coffee!

We bought another brand of coffee maker but after seeing a friend's Keurig we decided we liked it better. We took the other brewer to our RV and bougth the B60 for home.. Well that just wan't good enough so we bought a second Keurig for home and took the original to our RV and gave the other machine away. We have the B70 here and just love it. But alas last week it started doing some weird things and this week even weirder things. So I called Keurig and no questions asked they are shipping me a new unit and they don't even want the old one back. All I have to do is send a part from the malfunctioning maker to prove we owned it. They are also throwing in two boxes of coffee for my trouble. How much better service can you get than that? Thank you Keurig, you guys are the best in my book. You make a great product and better still you stand behind it when there is a problem.
